All meats are sourced locally using Black Angus Certified Beef raised in Texas; from our Fresh Hand-Pattied Burgers to our Steaks. Our culinary team makes our award winning menu and desserts In-House. The New Orleans Bread Pudding made with Dueling Chocolate Chips and Banana Foster Cheesecake are a must, whether dining in or taking it home to satisfy your late night sweet tooth.

Chef Nick Totten comes from a long history of fine dining. Chef Totten graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary University and conducted his apprenticeship in New Orleans where he took positions as Sous Chef at Five-Star restaurants in New Orleans. His background includes, working with well known celebrity chefs and other Five-Star restaurants in South Carolina and Dallas.
