About Us

Nola Grill sources its products from local farms and uses sustainable seafood and we use fresh seafood from the Louisiana Coast. All meats are sourced locally using Black Angus Certified Beef raised in Texas; from our Fresh Hand-Pattied Burgers to our Steaks. Our culinary team makes our award winning menu and desserts In-House. The New Orleans Bread Pudding made with Dueling Chocolate Chips and Banana Foster Cheesecake are a must, whether dining in or taking it home to satisfy your late night sweet tooth.

Nick Totten

Executive Chef and Owner

Chef Nick Totten comes from a long history of fine dining. Chef Totten graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary University and conducted his apprenticeship in New Orleans where he took positions as Sous Chef at Five-Star restaurants in New Orleans. His background includes, working with well known celebrity chefs and other Five-Star restaurants in South Carolina and Dallas.
